The ClinSpec Dx Triage ID system is now installed at Western General Hospital in Edinburgh, to undergo a new clinical feasibility study. Patients with a suspected brain tumour will undertake the simple ClinSpec Dx blood test, that will build into a full diagnostic accuracy study. This non-intervention study, will compare the result of the ClinSpec Dx test with conventional diagnosis by brain scan and biopsy. This marks a significant step towards bring ClinSpec Dx to market.
